Refund Policy

At Twinkle Paws, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 to 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process

To initiate a return, please contact us here with your order number and the reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange for an exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
